The description names Facility, Office, and American Dorm, and the tutorial reading says the lobby votes the map.
The description's map line is exact: Facility, Office, American Dorm. Munyecoh's page text says that when the lobby timer runs out, players vote for the map and a mode. The same page later says "Faculty," which is the spoken shape of Facility, and "The American dorm." Samwel's page text says "American Der" and "Office again." Those are hearing errors around the official names, not extra maps.

The description also says the lobby has basketball with 1v1s. The VIP pass mentions VIP basketball and backpack skins and a VIP lobby area, and then says the entity still hunts you. Basketball is a lobby activity in those two sources. It is not a fourth map.
